I came up behind this woman bopping along on her scooter on my ride home yesterday. Yes, my phone sucks, but I did the best I could. With her bright purple sweater, tight black stretchie pants, ankle socks and orthopedic shoes, she was all decked out for one of those "People of Walmart" pics.
Who wears a sweater when it's 98 degrees with extreme humidity outside?
